Jenna Rosendin

Sierra High School

Jenna Rosendin has been a student leader at Sierra High School since her freshman year, when she held the role of Freshman Class Secretary. During her second year, Jenna was elected Sophomore Class Vice President. Then, her junior year, Jenna took on the office of ASB Secretary. Now, as a senior, Jenna leads the leadership class and the student body as the ASB President of Sierra High School.

Jenna and her fellow leadership students work as a team to build and maintain a positive and inclusive community at Sierra High. Through event planning and a variety of committee work, they influence the entire school culture.

In addition to her commitments to school leadership, Jenna is involved on a variety of SHS teams. She is a four-year SHS cheerleader and has been a part of the girls’ soccer program for three years—last year as a member of the VOL Champion and Section Runner-up varsity team. With soccer moving to the winter season last year, she filled her spring after school hours by taking on the challenges of a distance runner on the varsity track team.

Academics are also a priority for Jenna, as she maintains a high GPA while tackling college prep academics in order to attend a four-year university to study psychology. She has achieved Lobo Gold and Lobo Silver status and is also a member of Sierra’s California Scholarship Federation and National Honor Society—proving that Jenna is a positive role model both in and out of the classroom.

Jenna looks forward to working with the MUSD School Board to broaden her experiences and help bring a student perspective to the decisions made by the Board.
