MHS SCHOOL SITE COUNCIL 2008-2009
Dear Members,
Welcome to the 2008-2009
school year.
The School
Site Council
will be meeting on the third Thursday
of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Brasmer Library
Media Center. I will send reminders approximately one week
prior to the meeting, but it is your responsibility to attend whether
you
receive a reminder or not. Parents will
receive reminders via their son, daughter, or ward attending MHS. Please e-mail me if you would rather receive
notice by e-mail. Please note the dates
below on your calendars:

Please note that
individual speakers will be allowed to address the council on each
agenda or
non-agenda item. The council shall limit
the total time for public input on each agenda item to twenty minutes. Any person wishing to speak on a non-agenda
item will be granted a total of three minutes.
