Journalism is a hands on course in which students learn to produce a newspaper from start to finish.  We learn how to:

• write different styles of newspaper articles
• conduct interviews
• make ethical journalistic decisions
• layout the newspaper using PageMaker on the computer
• create accompanying art and photos
• use effective editing and evaluation skills
