East Union High School Lancers
Lincoln pitcher Lexee Sheiring did not give up a hit to East Union until the seventh inning, when Delaney Pamplin led off the frame with a bomb over the left-center field fence to give No. 2 East Union a thrilling 2-1 win in second-round action of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division III softball playoffs on Garvine Field at the Northgate Softball Complex on Thursday.

FAIR OAKS — School records were broken, tickets were punched to next week’s Sac-Joaquin Section Masters meet and impressive all- around individual efforts has several area teams eyeing the coveted blue banner.

East Union hammers Bethel
Score early, score often. That is what East Union did Tuesday, plating at least two runs in every inning of an 11-0 five-inning mercy shortened win over visiting Bethel of Vallejo in opening-round action of the Sac Joaquin Section Division III softball playoffs on Garvine field at the Northgate Softball complex.

This is your every 15 Minutes
On April 27th and 28th, Manteca High Schools gathered together to watch the annual Every 15 Minutes program. Every 15 Minutes, also referred to as E15, is a two-day program that focuses on high school seniors by challenging them to think about drinking, driving, personal safety, the responsibility that comes with being a mature young adult, and how their decisions can impact their family, friends, and community.
