Daily 10:00 am-11:00 am and 1:00 pm-2:00 pm

Kindergarten Registration:

Daily 10:00 am-11:00 am and 1:00 pm-2:00 pm

You must provide:

  • proof of birth as evidence of age (Must be 5 years of age on or before September 1 of the current year).

  • written evidence of a physical examination on or after February 12, 2018.

  • written evidence of oral health (dental) assessment within the 12 months prior to the start of the 2018-19 school year.

  • proof of residency (PG&E bill, telephone or water bill with your name on it).

  • written evidence of up-to-date immunizations with month and year of each vaccine dose, signed or stamped by clinic, physician, or nurse.


**New TDAP Shot Rule**

 7th through 12th Grades must get a Whooping Cough vaccine. 

    ***NO SHOT, NO SCHOOL!***

New Haven Elementary Exceeded Our


We surpassed our Pennies for Patients $5,000 goal, with a grand total of $5,550.26.  Our 8th graders led the way with  $1,274.26, and our top class was Mrs. Corriea’s with $702.91 collected.  Mrs. Barker's Class was the intermediate class that raised the most money.  Mrs. Saldate's class was the primary class that raised the most money.  Thanks to all who helped with this worthy cause!:
