Online First Day Packet
Online First Day Packet Completion Window is Now Open! June 9 - August 14, 2021
The “First Day packet” or high school “Orientation” forms for the 2021-2022 school year will be available in an electronic format through QParentConnection. Updating your child’s information using electronic signatures and simple clicks of a checkbox are part of the 21st Century learning environment we want to provide our community. The “First Day Packet” must be completed annually and is applicable for students entering grades 1 – 12. If you have already enrolled your child in kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year, you are not required to complete a “First Day Packet”, as information collected in the “First Day Packet” was provided by you during kindergarten registration. However, if you are the parent/guardian of an incoming kindergarten student and have had any recent changes in information (new address, child has new medical information, etc.), please contact your school site to make necessary updates.
Visit the Q Parent Connect portal to complete the re-enrollment process. If you are having trouble logging in, please click here to retrieve your log-in information. If you get an error message, please call your school to get connected to all the advantages of Q Parent Connection!
The videos below provide you with a step-by-step tutorial, to help you complete the process smoothly.
