State of the District 2021-2022
Celebrating school successes and strategic planning, MUSD closed out the 2021-2022 school year with a unique board meeting in the new MHS gym: the State of the District. All of Manteca Unified’s 29 schools came together to reflect on the past year and set their sights on the upcoming year. Schools went all out decorating their displays where they presented their strategic plans for every student working to achieve grade level standards, feeling safe and being supported to realize individual success.
Board members, District representatives, and the public toured the displays, talked to admin and staff, and collected informational pamphlets and fun swag while BE.Cuisine and the Nutrition Education staff provided refreshments.
In addition to presentations on the 2022-23 Budget and the LCAP (Local Control Accountability Plan), Superintendent Dr. Clark Burke presented the "Smart Actions & Decision: State of the District 2021-2022" publication (below) to the board and audience.
