Teach in MUSD
Manteca Unified is a student-centered district serving the diverse communities of Manteca, Lathrop, French Camp, and Weston Ranch. Our focus is equity and access to education for all students to reach individual success. In light of that, MUSD has gone 1:1, equipping all students TK-12 with their own computer, and prioritizes individual learning.
We offer competitive salaries ($56,632-$108,415), generous benefits, and professional development opportunities. We also offer stipends for specialized credits and will accept up to 21 years of service.
TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM
In addition, MUSD provides a FREE Teacher Induction Program to support new teachers. This state-approved two-year program is an individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring, support, and professional learning that begins in the teacher's first year of teaching after completion of their preliminary credential. Candidates receive structured support and formative assessment (observation and feedback) from an experienced teacher while working through an Individual Learning Plan. The Manteca Unified Teacher Induction Program was granted a unanimous recommendation of accreditation by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
