Board of Education
The Manteca Unified School District Board of Education includes seven members elected by the districts to serve four-year terms. The superintendent serves as an ex-officio member of the Board and acts as secretary. Board members elect a president and vice president for a one-year term at their annual organizational meeting in December.

Manteca Unified's Student Board Members
Manteca Unified is deeply committed to supporting and elevating student voices across the District. The Student Board Members are representatives for each comprehensive high school and serve as the unified voice of their peers on the Board. This role empowers students to develop leadership skills, engage in meaningful dialogue, and stay connected to MUSD’s mission of fostering student achievement.

The Governing Board meets once a month with open session beginning at 6 PM, in the District’s administration building located at 2271 West Louise Avenue, Manteca. All Board meetings are open to the public.
