Lathrop Students Explore Careers through City Speaker Series

Lathrop High School students are gaining real-world career exposure through the City Speaker Series, a collaborative program between the school and the City of Lathrop aligned with Manteca Unified School District’s Career Technical Education initiatives. Building Readers & Lifelong Learners

The foundation of learning begins with early literacy! Our purpose is to ensure every student meets grade-level standards, and it all starts with reading. Our early literacy initiative supports Transitional Kindergarten through third-grade students by teaching them how to read and equipping them with the tools to decode (break down) words, empowering them to read any word with confidence. Stay tuned to see the strategies our District is using to keep young learners reading and ready to achieve grade-level standards.
