Manteca Unified School District comprehensive strategic site plans are living, working documents with a site collective vision and mission which guides the work of educating students. School site strategic plans align funding with program to address individual student need by ensuring all resources are collaboratively engaged in reflection and evaluation. The school site strategic plans include needs assessment based on adaptive, meaningful, and measurable diagnostic testing. Therefore, these plans will continue to evolve quarterly, semi-annually, and annually to reflect both progress and opportunity. Continuous evaluation allows true alignment of the identified student needs with the appropriate, necessary actions inclusive of evidence-based strategies and services to improve student learning and increase growth in student outcomes.
Additionally, the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA, a federally-funded program) requires each school receiving Title I funds and operating a schoolwide program develop a school plan. Elected members of the school site council and other educational partners participate in the on-going reflective process of reviewing the strategic plan.
The plans posted on this site are guiding documents for reflective teaching and learning practices.
Thank you for partnering with MUSD in your child’s educational present and future.
