Weston Ranch Area Percussion Assembly
Manteca Unified's Visual & Performing Arts (VAPA) team hosted University of the Pacific (UOP) Associate Professor Dr. Jon Latta and his music students as they brought the beat to Great Valley, George Komure, and August Knodt Elementary Schools with an electrifying percussion assembly!
Students witnessed drumming styles from West Africa, Brazil, India, and America. exploring the rhythm and culture behind each tradition as part of percussion learning standards. From polyrhythms in West African drumming to the energetic beats of Brazilian samba, the assembly showcased CA music standards, enriching students’ understanding of music, history, and global traditions!

Lathrop Joint Choir Concert
Elementary students from Lathrop area schools joined forces with Lathrop High’s choir for a truly special Spring Choir Concert!
Watching our high school students mentor and inspire younger performers throughout the night was incredible. The talent, collaboration, and passion on display made for an unforgettable evening!
East Union High School Theater
East Union High School’s talented performers have been hard at work rehearsing for their spring production of “The Fantasticks” and opening night is finally here!

Manteca High School Art Show
Students, staff, families, and community members stepped into a world of creativity, surrounded by stunning paintings, captivating photographs, and incredible ceramic pieces—all created by talented students.
Adding to the atmosphere, a student group provided live music as guests admired the artwork. In the back of the room, a special display showcased the Fashion Class, highlighting the impressive design work happening at Manteca High!
Bravo to the talented Manteca High artists for sharing their passion and creativity!
Sierra High School Evening of the Arts
Sierra High School was buzzing with creativity at its Evening of the Arts!
The night kicked off in the cafeteria, where stunning paintings, ceramics, photographs, and more showcased the incredible talent of Sierra’s artists.
Then, in the theatre, the choir and theatre students lit up the stage with a performance full of hits! From the nostalgic harmonies of “Sh-Boom” to the crowd-favorite “The Lion Sleeps Tonight”, the audience was singing, snapping, and swaying along!
And to top it all off, the Sierra High band delivered a showstopping finale, leaving the crowd cheering for more!
Way to go, Sierra High Timberwolves! Your passion and talent made for an unforgettable night!
