Developer Fees
Below are the current Developer Fees for new construction. Please note the District requires all new residential development projects to participate in the District’s School Facilities Mitigation Program & Community Facility District (CFD) in order to mitigate impacts to school facilities.
As of AUGUST 17, 2024 the current Level I Developer Fees are:
- New Development Residential: $5.17 per square foot
- Addition to Existing Residential: $5.17 per square foot
- Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU): $5.17 per square foot
- Commercial / Industrial: $0.84 per square foot
- Senior Housing: $0.84 per square foot
- Self-Storage Commercial: $0.73 per square foot
