Manteca Unified School District maintains a substitute “pool” of employees that may be called to work on an “on-call” “as needed” basis. In addition to substitute teachers, we are also in need of classified substitutes who work in a variety of non-teaching positions, such as classroom aides, custodians, school site assistants (yard duty supervisors), and office workers.
To be hired as a sub, you must present fingerprint clearance, negative TB (tuberculosis) test results, your social security card, and you current government issued photo ID.
