The “First Day packet” or high school “Orientation” forms for the 2020-2021 school year will be available in an electronic format through QParentConnection. Updating your child’s information using electronic signatures and simple clicks of a checkbox are part of the 21st Century learning environment we want to provide our community. Paper copies are available upon request only.
Visit the Q Parent Connect portal to complete the re-enrollment process. If you are having trouble logging in, please click here to retrieve your log-in information. If you get an error message, please call your school to get connected to all the advantages of Q Parent Connection!

What is QParentConnection?
QParentConnection is an online platform available for all MUSD families to access their student(s) attendance, class schedule, grades, and request progress emails from teachers among many other features.

Do I have QParentConnection Account?
- You may already have access to this information as QParentConnection has been in place for the past six years. However, if you were not able to give an email address when you registered your child, you may not be able to access QParentConnection. Please see FAQ #3.
- You may already have provided your email address but did not login. If you believe you have provided an email address you can do a password reset at https://www.q.musd.net/parent and click on the phrase “Need Your Login information”.

Do I need to be set up on QParentConnection right away?
Yes. Right now, you need to supply your email address to your school site to add to your profile and create a password on QParentConnection.
The window to fill out the online “First Day Packet” or “Orientation” packet will open June 15, 2019 for all returning students. This opportunity will remain open until August 15, 2019.
To receive their high school schedule, returning students will need to complete the online information prior to the orientation dates at the beginning of the next school year (more details will be available when high school orientation information is mailed home).

What do I need to do once I have shared my email address and received access for my child(ren) to QParentConnection?
You are ready to update your information or fill out the forms normally available titled “Online First Day Packet” for K-8 or high school “Orientation” for your returning student online during the open window of time.
