The Business Services Department manages the district's finances while implementing systems that support Schools and District initiatives to ensure student needs, as identified in strategic planning, are met.
Prepares students for life after high school, including college, trades, and other career opportunities.
Manages district-wide communication, media outreach, websites, marketing, and branding to keep our community informed.
The Educational Services Division oversees the education of all Manteca Unified students - from our youngest learners in transitional kindergarten to those attending our adult school.
Supports elementary schools and educators with curriculum guidance, instructional tools, and leadership.
Develops safety plans, provides staff training, and partners with first responders to ensure safety across district campuses.
Focuses on the district’s commitment to providing fair and equitable access to high-quality education.
Maintains clean, safe, and functional schools and manage facility upgrades, repairs, and modernizations.
Monitors district funds and budget planning to ensure strong financial health aligned with our educational priorities.
Promotes student health and wellness to support learning through direct care, screenings, and safety efforts. They also oversee the Transitional Student Success Program and Section 504.
Recruits, retains, and supports all MUSD employees through hiring, onboarding, and personnel services.
Delivers reliable technology services and support to students, teachers, and staff across the district.
Focuses on MUSD's goals of Grade Level Standards, Safety, and Emerging Students, providing both instructional and other kinds of support so that all students' needs are met.
Manages distribution and return of educational materials, textbooks, and instructional supplies.
Promotes student wellness by serving balanced, nourishing meals that fuel learning and support academic success.
Processes paychecks and manages employee benefits to support staff compensation and well-being.
Coordinates purchases and deliveries district-wide to ensure departments and schools have what they need.
Protects district assets by reducing liability risks and promoting safety for students, staff, and visitors.
Supports instruction and services at all MUSD high schools, including both comprehensive and continuation sites, to ensure every student is prepared to graduate and succeed.
Supports all learners by coordinating services and programs for students with specific needs across the district.
Oversees the LCAP process by aligning district goals, budget, and community input into strategic, measurable outcomes.
Develops and maintains a diverse range of student programs designed to identify and address the unique needs of our student body, ensuring that emerging students receive targeted support.
Manages enrollment, transfers, attendance, and student records for families and school staff.
In the Superintendent's office, we work with the Board of Education and ensure timely and accurate communications through our Communications office.
TGuides new teachers through their first years with personalized mentorship and credential support.
Leads staff development and training to promote high-quality instruction and lifelong growth.
Provides safe, reliable transportation to and from school and events for MUSD students, trains drivers, and maintains district vehicles.
