The Department of Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports Career, College, and Enrichment is designed to give students the tools, opportunities, and experiences they need to achieve in school and beyond. We’re committed to preparing learners for their next steps by providing quality Career Technical Education and Expanded Learning Opportunities that match student needs at multiple levels.

We support career-based learning, student internships, before- and after-school programs, and various enrichment clubs to expand student experiences inside the classroom and beyond. Our focus is to provide the framework for all students to develop the creative, vocational, and/or technical skills needed to reach their educational and career goals. Our department programs help students explore their passions, build real-world skills, and prepare for their future.

Expanded Learning Opportunities Program

Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) focuses on developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs and interests of students through hands-on, engaging learning experiences that compliment learning standards in the regular school day and school year.

Expanded Learning gives students opportunities to engage in activities that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in.  Such activities include the 9hr. Day Program, intersession, summer programs and camps as well as enrichment clubs and activities of student interest facilitated by MUSD staff and community partners.
