Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Information
The Student & School Benefits Survey helps ensure your child receives the benefits they need, and your child’s school receives specific funding to meet the needs of their student population. This form may also qualify your family for additional benefits!
We ask that you complete this particular survey if your child attends a CEP school site within Manteca Unified. CEP (Community Eligibility Provision) is a meal service option for local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools in high-need areas. CEP allows participating LEAs and schools to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students.
