MUSD, in partnership with the San Joaquin County Office of Education and the California Department of Education, highlights the contributions of classified school employees, aka non-teaching professionals, who support education as part of the 2024 Employee of the Year program.
While all applications must be accompanied by a signature from the nominee’s administrator or supervisor, the nomination can also come from a current/past colleague, student, mentee, community member, or even a team of individuals!
Classified School Employee of the Year (CSEY) Award Categories:
- Paraprofessional
- Clerical and Administrative Services
- Transportation Services
- Food and Nutrition Services
- Custodial and Maintenance Services
- Security Services
- Health and Student Services
- Technical Services
- Skilled Trade
CSEY Eligibility:
- Current Classified Employee
- Not Management or Supervisory
- Minimum of Five (5) Years of Service in the Nomination Category
- No Minimum Full-time Equivalent Required
