Manteca Unified has made tremendous progress in redefining what it means to be truly student-centered. We established a culture of purpose and trust and dedicated efforts to cultivating a vision. Placing students at the focal point of every decision, MUSD allocates more dollars to the classroom with a Board of Education that recently dedicated $42 million (a 26% increase) for up-to-date instructional materials and technology. MUSD is a 1:1 technology initiative district, meaning each student is provided a device and each classroom is equipped with current technology. We have invested in modernized facilities with innovative classroom furniture that creates dynamic learning environments.
MUSD has also been recognized globally for fiscal responsibility and balanced budgets, demonstrating a commitment to budgeting for student needs. We offer support services and programs that meet both the academic and social-emotional needs of students. We also partner with local first responders to regularly update safety plans, ensuring every student feels safe while they learn.
