Manteca Unified has expanded access to digital reading materials by connecting students with the classroom’s broad collection of ebooks and audiobooks

With Sora, students can access rich resources and an expansive library at their fingertips. This online library is part of a teachers’ arsenal of tools provided by the District to help students reach grade-level standards and individual success.

Through the free online library for MUSD K-12 students, all students have convenient and safe access to hundreds of age and reading-level appropriate ebooks and audiobooks. It is both assigned and pleasure reading incentivized with fun avatars and achievements within the app to encourage a focus on learning. Sora also supports teachers by offering classroom-specific tools like personal assignments, reading analytics and exportable notes that individualize learning.
